Can I lift on Game Day?
There is nothing wrong with a gameday lift session so long as the intent is to prime athletes for competition. Make sure it doesn't turn into a contest with your friends and crush you and your teammates before a game. Focus would be on tempo - lighter loads moved faster prime neural activation.
